Who is the Data Protection Officer (DPO) and how can I contact them?

DATA911 EUROPE SL does not have a DPO because it is not required due to the type of data it processes or the volume of such data. However, a Data Protection Officer has been appointed, who is responsible for protecting the rights of data subjects and overseeing and controlling the application of data protection regulations within DATA911 EUROPE SL. For what purpose do we process your personal data and on what legal basis?

  • For contractual purposes, to fulfill the agreements for the provision of services that you request from us and to comply with the conditions set out in each contract, as well as to manage relationships with suppliers and commercial agents.
  • For commercial and informational management purposes, based on a legitimate interest, solely to manage relationships with potential customers and contacts.
  • For managing the employment relationship, based on a legitimate interest, solely to manage your employment file, CV, payroll, training, occupational risk prevention, health monitoring, travel reservations, hotels, restaurant tickets, car rentals, and other activities related to your work needs.
  • For managing your CV based on your consent, so that you can apply for a position within our organization. We request your express consent, which can be easily revoked at any time.
  • For security purposes in access control and video surveillance, fulfilling a legitimate interest of DATA911 EUROPE SL, to ensure the security of people, property, and facilities, and to facilitate the execution of emergency plans.
  • For managing your inquiries via the website based on your consent, in order to manage them.

Who will your personal data be communicated to?

The personal data you provide will be processed exclusively by DATA911 EUROPE SL, which will be the sole data controller, and will not be shared with any third party except to comply with legal obligations.

Are there any international transfers of your personal data?

We inform you that your data will not be processed or stored outside the limits of the European Union, except by companies covered by the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield agreement:

How long will we retain your personal data?

The data collected will be retained for the duration of the contract or authorization, and once it has ended, for the legally established period.

What are your rights when you provide us with your personal data?

We inform you that you can exercise the following rights free of charge by sending an email to rgpd@data911.eu, attaching a copy of your ID or equivalent identification document.

The rights you can exercise are:

  • Access: Request for access to the personal data held by DATA911 EUROPE SL.
  • Rectification: Modify your data if it has changed, is inaccurate, or incomplete.
  • Erasure: Request the deletion of your data.
  • Objection: Request that your data not be processed.
  • Restriction of processing: Request that the processing of your data be limited while:
    • Its accuracy is being verified (contestation).
    • There is unlawful processing, but you do not wish your data to be deleted.
    • DATA911 EUROPE SL no longer needs your data, but you wish to keep it for your defense or to make a claim.
    • Once an objection right has been requested, verification is being made to see if this right prevails over a public or legitimate interest that affects the data in question until the conflict is resolved.
  • Portability: The right to receive the data you have provided in electronic format and those obtained during the contractual relationship with DATA911 EUROPE SL, as well as to transmit it to another organization.

How can I make a complaint?

If you believe that for any reason DATA911 EUROPE SL has not handled your data correctly in accordance with the applicable regulations, you can contact the Data Protection Officer at rgpd@data911.eu, who will address and process your complaint with the utmost diligence. You may also, if you deem it appropriate, file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (c/ Jorge Juan, 6 28001-Madrid).

What security measures are applied to your personal data?

DATA911 EUROPE SL has the necessary technical and organizational security measures in place to ensure the security of your personal data and to prevent any alteration, loss, processing, and/or unauthorized access to it, taking into account the state of technology, the type of data stored, and the risks to which it is exposed, whether derived from human action or physical or natural factors, all in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.
